At midnight of 12th December, 2013, Mintal group Chrome Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd (following mentioned as Mintal) has the first tapping from its No. 1 furnace of JiuyuanⅠ Project.
Since the starting of Mintal 1 000 000t/a chromium alloy project, Mintal Group, together with construction organization, make every effort to ensure safety, quality and speed in construction. With our joint effort, 10th December, 2013, No. 1 furnace of Jiuyuan Ⅰ Project started heating. After two-year hard work, the equipment is now put into operation successfully.
The completion of the project promotes the upgrading of Chinese high carbon ferrochrome industry, conforming to the idea of sustainable development, circling economy, and eco-friendly technology. The successful tapping is a significant progress of Mintal, and a sound foundation of building a first-class chromium alloy company.
